Corporate Property Leasing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist and working with the property/asset management team in setting leasing strategies for the company’s property portfolios.
• Lease negotiations and administration, concluding value investment transactions in line with projected budgets and forecasts.
• Internal and external communication and liaison for leasing activities including attending owners’ meeting…etc
• Support and assist in reviewing, drafting, amending, proofreading all types of documentations including but not limited to lease agreements
• Participate in market research /maintain awareness of property trends to identify new opportunities as well as creating competitive advantages for the company.
• Handle ad-hoc matters as assigned /required

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in business Administration / Surveying / Real Estate or related disciplines
• 3 years + relevant experience in corporate leasing/ property and tenancy management  
• Well versed to commercial real estate and tenancy legislation and related knowledge
• Experience in asset acquisition and disposal a definitive advantage
• Knowledge on financial modeling and understanding of P&L and annual budgeting
• Self-driven, independent, multi-tasked, good problem solving and root-cause analysis skills
• Excellent people communication and negotiation skills and customer focused
• Good in both spoken and written English & Chinese
