Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Provide business administration support to our property management / development business in Mainland, such as legal cases administration, complaints / accounts receivable cases follow-up, etc
- Liaise with internal departments / local offices to coordinate and follow up projects progress, proposals & approval status
- Prepare / draft memorandum, minutes, policies & procedures, summaries and reports
- Assist department/ team head in reviewing of proposals, including verification of business figures, compliance of company policies & procedures
Requirements :
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Law, Property Management or related disciplines
- 4 – 8 years relevant working experience in real estate related business
- General knowledge in real estate, property development and management
- Proactive, able to work under pressure, attention to details, willing to learn and hardworking
- Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and report writing
- Occasional travel to PRC required
- Position offered will depend on working experience, exposure and qualifications, etc.
We offer 5-day work week, 15 days annual leave per year.
