- To administrate management document for managed properties according to our required service standard and procedures
- To assist monthly parking of our managed carpark and site inspection of our carpark
- To handle customer requests, and coordinate with internal parties for achieving customers' full satisfaction
- To assist Property Manager to handle management matters of The Entrance and Jardine Lookout
- To assist in dealing with matters of agricultural land
- To assist Property Manager or seniors to collect market information, prepare analysis and reports
- University graduate or Diploma holder in Property Management
- Minimum 5 years' experience in property management, of which 2 years in supervisory level, preferably in portfolio management
- Holder of PMP (Tier 2) License
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in Computer skills - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
