Main Job Duties:

• Assist in management of a portfolio of commercial properties
  
• Assist in procurement and tender process
• Handle communication with tenants, stakeholders and internal departments

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma holder
• Working experience in property / tenancy management  preferred, candidates with less experience / qualification will be considered as Assistant Property Officer
• Proactive, responsible and diligent
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge of PC is essential
