Assistant Manager, Lease and Property Management

Responsibilities:

• Manage the property and asset operation and processes to ensure the compliance of statutory requirements and meeting the standard of the Company
• Maintain proper relations with tenants & stakeholders and effective document management
• Take charge on repair & maintenance and schedules with effective record management
• Attend Management Committe / Owners Committee and ad-hoc meetings
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Holder of Degree in Property Management or Facility Management or technical related disciplines
• Holder of relevant professional qualification
• 5 years' or above relevant experience in facilities & property management
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS applications, reporting & presentations
• Mature, proactive, analytical and able to work independently
• Dedicate to uphold efficient service to clients and stakeholders
• Conversant with quality procedures
