• Monitor and supervise daily operations & maintenance of E&M services
• Supervise frontline members and services provider of E&M systems
• Liaise with internal parties and contractors to resolve operational problems in engineering approach and prepare technical specification for office renovation and upgrading works of E&M systems
• Coordinate the fit-out works with contractors
• Handle Ad-hoc tasks
• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering
• At least 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in office / commercial building
