Responsibilities:

• Handle customers' enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Record the calls’ record to the system accurately
• Respond to burglary alarm signal and dispatch service
• Coordinate with internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction
• Data verification with customer and maintain database
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments and / or other duties as assigned
• Maintain attendance records

Requirements:

• Secondary level or above
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin speaking would be an added advantage
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience in service industry, with solid experience in Call Centre would be an added advantage
• Good telephone manner, attention to details, independent and hardworking
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, cheerful with positive attitude
• Proficient in MS Office
• Possess Valid Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate
• Work on shift duties (9hrs per shift)
• Working location: Mong Kok/ Kwun Tong
