• Degree or Diploma holder, preferably in Estate Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience 
• Possession of valid driving license would be an advantage
• Good management and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and outgoing personality
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Estate Officer
