• 負責管理場地與設施 (包括燈光、水電、冷氣、升降機) 日常保養
• 跟進恆常設施檢查工作
• 聯繫服務商進行場地與設施維修

• 按實際工作需要時於星期六、 日及假期上班
• 協調各部門與下屬、管理處、判頭、電工聯安排/解決所有日常運作及場地 / 設施維修保養問題

• 星期一至五
• 上午9時至下午6時

• 物業管理或相關學科文憑或高級文憑畢業
• 具三年或以上物業管理工作 (凍倉 / 物流中心) 工作經驗優先
• 懂中、英文打字及能純熟運用 MS Word、Excel 
• 具細心、責任感、團隊精神、良好溝通及組織能力
