Qualification

• Minimum of one aggregate years’ experience in facility and building management
• Having attained Level 2 or equivalent or above in any five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, or equivalent; or Level 2/Grade E or above in any five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examinations; or equivalent
• Possessing a diploma in facility management is preferred
• Fluent in both written English and Chinese and able to communicate smoothly in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua

Responsibilities

• Liaising with the building users on the day-to-day provision of the Services
• Operating and monitoring the building, electrical and mechanical installations or information systems associated with facility and building management
• Liaising and facilitating the building maintenance or service contractors/agents
• Coordinating and compiling attendance, performance, and other reports for submission
• Coordinating and providing logistical support to the users 

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Estate Officer
