Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for handling full range of leasing matters of the retail brands of Circle K, Saint Honore Cake Shop and Zoff
- Manage the team on overall leasing administration, leasing documents review and report consolidation
- Accountable for sourcing, acquisition of new sites as well as leasing renewals of existing stores
- Conduct relevant site analysis, market research and cost benchmarking for lease renewal and new lease decision
- Liaise closely with estate agents, property developers/owners in sourcing and acquiring new/suitable sites for store network development
- Handle leasing liaisons and co-ordination with internal parties on all leasing matters
- Responsible for any ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- University graduate in Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines with minimum 10 years of solid experience in Hong Kong retail leasing management, of which 5 years at supervisory level
- Experience in handling sizable portfolio of retail chain stores is highly preferable
- Hands-on experience in handling tenancy matters and related documentations
- A team player with good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Independent, detail-minded and well-organized
- Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese word processing;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
