Responsibilities:

• Handle full range of leasing administration including tenancy enquiries, prepare tenancy agreements, negotiation with tenants, complaints handling, ensure proper management of the properties and all the handover related administrations;
• Perform various administration work for the company including report preparation and monitoring the tenancy renewal;
• Coordinate with all the related parties regarding all the properties’ maintenance and renovation
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience, preferably in leasing of commercial and residential buildings;
• Outgoing with good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills;

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Self-motivated, hardworking;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Leasing Manager
