Job Description
We have an opening for a full-time Facility Officer position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- In charge of the management of the organization’s facilities including managing and supervising all repair and maintenance and renovation projects
- Scheduling of maintenance of various building systems such as HVAC, fire prevention, electrical, security and telephone systems.
- Maintenance & Repairs
- Serve as escalation points for in-house minor repairs, to investigate and provide suggestions/solutions
- Building incident investigation (e.g. clogged toilets, water leakage, spalled concrete…etc.), provide in-house repairs or suggest solutions for management approval and implementation
- Review and liaise with vendors on various maintenance contracts
- Renovation projects
- Improvement Projects
- Communicate/liaise with Building Management companies on facilities related matters
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities management or maintenance
- Professional Diploma in Facilities and Property Management or related disciplines
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good computer skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
