Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Supervise and train up the security team to perform operation duties
- Manage a team of security officers to ensure proper execution of security mandates aiming at protecting assets and safety of people
- Manage and ensure smooth operations of security systems including fire alarms and emergency incidents handling
- Ensure compliance with all properties security / fire standards, policies & procedures, rules and regulations
- Identify and lead teams to investigate security issues such as crime prevention
- Manage security guards, investigation and patrol teams, such as schedule duty roster, monitor performance and conduct routine inspection
Job Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder preferably in security management or related disciplines or extensive security experiences gained from sizeable security companies or disciplinary services
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years of managerial experience in sizable organizations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with effective communication skills
- Good analytical skill with solid investigation experience
- High level of integrity and independence
