Responsibilities:

• Handle daily leasing inquiries and all tenancy matters including marketing research, clients’ meeting, legal documents preparation etc.
• Assist in budget planning and rental forecast based on market trends
• Formulate and implement leasing strategies and guidelines
• Solicit new clients and maintain good relationship with existing tenants and agencies
• Any ad-hoc duties as required

 Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, Surveying or other related discipline
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant leasing experience, preferably gained from developers
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred.
• Possess strong business acumen with good understanding of the market.
