Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints with excellent customer services manner such as free car park, stock take, membership
• Establish and maintain good relationship with customers
• Provide administrative and clerical supports
• Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required

Requirements

• HKDSE/HKALE or above, Fresh Graduates will also be considered
• Experience in customer service & hospitality industry will be advantage
• Experience in serving premium members, working at and managing premium lounges will be a plus
• Good command of spoken Chinese and English
• 5 days work week,willing to work on shift and public holiday
• Location: Admiralty/ Quarry Bay
