Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine maintenance order issuance, track record and productivity checking
• Carry out planned and preventive maintenance for grade A commercial building and portfolio of deluxe residential properties
• Conduct annual condition survey for all building facilities
• Upkeep plant rooms tidiness and cyclical refurbishment
• Coordinate with all internal clients and vendors for office refurbishment
• Update engineering stock, tools and portable machinery record
• Maintain the E&M Systems, including element and ballast repairs or replacements
• Respond to emergency situations and perform overnight duties as assigned
• Participate and complete various ah-hoc assignments
• Shift duty is required

• Post-secondary education in building services
• At least 4-year relevant experience in property maintenance operation or service maintenance
• Good knowledge and practical skills in electrical, mechanical, maintenance, A/C systems, boilers, steam, gas, water supplies distribution and sewage treatment plants or equipment
• Holder of Grade A Electrician Registration or above
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
• Result-oriented, self-motivated with good problem solving, planning and organizational skills
• Responsible, attentive to details, able to work within a team / under pressure
• Immediately available will be an advantage
