Responsibilities:

• Assist Managers and Officers to supervise the performance of management services contractors and handle property management matters including but not limited to security, cleaning, landscape, insurance and carpark aspects
• Liaise with tenants and coordinate the fit-out works as well as the reinstatement works for repossession
• Follow Managers and Officers instruction to implement and execute company policies, SOP, carpark rules, fitting-out procedures, handover and takeover procedures, etc.
• Implement the purchasing / tendering procedures on services contract and operation materials
• Handle enquiries and complaints raised by tenants, shoppers and visitors
• Provide administrative support to management office
• Handle ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by supervisor(s) 

Job Requirement:

• High Diploma / Associate Degree or above in Hospitality / Property Management / Tourism or related discipline
• 4 years or above experience in property management industry
• Working experience in property management industry or shopping mall management will be preferable
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
