Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform front line management duties of commercial property
- Supervise the works of service contractors
- Coordinate with customers and contractors for daily building operation
- Handle general repair & maintenance works
- Prepare general reports and provide administrative support to the team
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines
- At least 3 years working experience in property management, preferably in commercial properties
- Possesses technical knowledge
- Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
- Familiar with MS word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
