Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager to liaise with tenants and other internal departments
- Support a better co-ordination to the overall administration, supervision and management of the building management team
Requirements:
- Holder of Degree or Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines
- Professional qualification in property management is an advantage
- Degree holders with 1 years of relevant experience or Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, with Mandarin will be an advantage
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills
