Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries at concierge of lobbies
  • Conduct courtesy tenant visits and coordinate with tenant-related matters
  • Provide administration support for Building Management Department

Requirements:

  • DSE graduate/ F.7 or above
  • Experience in Customer Service is preferable
  • Outgoing, initiative and service-oriental with good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua speaking
  • Proficiency in computer skills
