You will join a small yet young and energetic team and your role will be to assist Business Team in handling administrative matters for government/ commercial tender matters.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the solicitation, preparation and submission of government/ commercial tenders, including regular monitoring of tender notices, preparation of tender documents and company portfolio and general communication with clients
  • Provide operations and administrative support to the Company’s staffing projects including but not limited to the below:
    • Assist in recruitment work including researching potential candidates, arranging interviews and preparing employment contracts, etc.
    • Handle monthly project payroll and invoicing cycles such as checking staff's attendance, preparing data for payroll, calculating project P&L and preparing monthly invoices
    • Provide clerical and administrative support to projects
    • Perform data-entry for the Company's various systems
  • Provide ad-hoc business and administrative support to the team

Requirements:
  • 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with HR firms' experience
  • Prior work experience in handling government tenders will be a big plus.
  • Excellent written English and Chinese
  • Strong attention to detail in reading tender documents / client job specifications
  • Excellent customer servicing skills by phone and email
  • Proficiency in using Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Outgoing, self-starter, willing to learn, flexible
