Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints on daily basis.
  • Investigate and verify the claim cases with delivery team, and provide feedbacks to CS team;
  • Monitor and prepare KPI result such as delivery service level / customer complaints frequency.
  • Align with customers, IC and suppliers for an efficient product supply pattern, both within cost restraints and consistent with vendors’ lead time.
  • Coordinate with client’s Supply Chain for distribution schedule.
  • Handle marketing and finance related projects and any additional tasks assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or Logistics is preferred. 
  • 3-5 years relevant customer service experiences. Exposure to the supply chain, FMCG industry or retail market is preferred
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Good interpersonal, communication, customer-oriented and supervisory skills.
  • Strong numerical sense. Logical thinking, good time management and conscientious.
  • MS office applications and Chinese Window
