Successful candidate will be employed by MBHK in the Customer Services Department (Parts Operations). With this opportunity, you are capable to prove your skills and knowledge, gain new experience and attain industry-specific knowledge.

Expected start date & duration: August 2022, 6 Months (5-day Full-time work week). Full commitment to the 6-month internship is expected. 

OPPORTUNITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Claims Management
  • Support all claims activities including customer claims request and claim submission to HQ.
  • Parts Return arrangement
  • Maintain claim logbook record
  • Parts scrapping and witness activities in central warehouse
• Customer Enquires
  • Support to answer customer inquiries including stock availability check and order status update
• Daily Operation Support
  • Daily email reports to our dealer
  • Provide pre-alert and packing list information to our dealer
• Ordering Support
  • Support goods receipts
• Others
  • Support P&MM Adhoc project (More Mercedes, communication write up etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

• Undergraduate student in any disciplines
• Passionate in automotive industry
• Independent, high motivated and good team player
• Strong sense of accountability with good analytical skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficient in MS Words, Excel & PowerPoint
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
