RETAIL FLORIST ( JUNIOR - SENIOR/ALL LEVELS WELCOME)
This role will be a valued member of the Ellermann team, with responsibility for helping to produce exceptional floral designs and provide excellent customer service. We welcome candidates of ALL LEVELS to join us.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working as part of a team of retail florists led by a Retail Manager
- Conditioning and preparation of flowers
- Attractively displaying and maintaining floral and visual mechanising display
- Swiftly creating floral designs for walk-in customers
- Taking floral orders over the phone and in person
- Provide excellent customer services on both floral and lifestyle product
- General administration; POS, delivery notes
- Liaising with suppliers
- Comply with all company policies and procedures at all times
- Ad hoc duties as required, i.e. assist with events, workshops, photoshoots, weddings etc
ATTRIBUTES:
- Team player
- Clear passion on floristry and creativity
- At least 1 year working experience in the flower industry
- Attention to details and well-organised
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- General knowledge of flower varieties, floristry techniques and the floral industry
- A commitment to understanding customer needs, delighting them and going the extra mile
- Highly motivated and able to work under pressure
- Ready to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
