Job Description

Administrative Assistant (1-year renewable contract)


Responsibilities:

  •        Screening telephone calls and maintaining the telephone system with ANL/BRI.
  •        Greeting and receiving customers and guests/visitors
  •        Receiving and distributing incoming mails and courier documents for all departments.
  •        Arranging for courier services, packing & prepare airway bill
  •        Arranging meeting rooms booking
  •        Responsible for ordering office suppliers, such as printing matters, stationeries, computer toners, distilled water & business name card
  •        Arranging maintenance service and quotations for office equipment, copier and telephone system
  •        Arranging office cleaning service and plants
  •        Liaising with technician, contractor and Management office for office maintenance
  •        Assist in staff recreation activities, such as birthday gathering and annual dinner
  •        Manage the budgets and expenses for the administrative department

Requirements

  •        Diploma holder with a minimum of 4 years' relevant working experience
  •        Customer-oriented mindset with excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  •        Good team player and able to work independently
  •        Good command of English, Chinese, and Mandarin
  •        Pleasant and mature with good interpersonal and communication skills
  •        Possess good organizational skills and can work under pressure
