Job Description

Our client is a MNC Supply Chain Solution group in worldwide is now seeking a candidate for their openings

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to Vice President Hong Kong & Macau and leading a team of 30+, responsible for developing and growing Sales Channel.
  • Responsible to plan, design and implement sales initiatives in Hong Kong and assist Vice President in the execution of regional relationship sales strategy within the country and ensure the annual target and the scorecards of relationship sales are met.
  • Design and implement channel strategies initiatives that target business and industry sectors, including new industries and open niche markets
  • Responsible to plan and implement business penetration, development and sustain customer loyalty strategies
  • Drive the achievement of country revenue and key performance indicators for business sustainability and growth and account profitability
  • Design and improve segment sales through regionally harmonized processes and procedures
  • Work closely with different functions team to ensure enough support is available for business development
  • Provide effective reporting of all Relationship Sales Channel activities
  • Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance
  • Identify training needs and opportunities to develop department

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business or related discipline with at least 10 years’ experience in sales management, with at least 8 years in senior people manager role, preferably in logistics/ transportation industry or multinational companies
  • Excellent business acumen with strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Customer oriented with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong leadership in driving team performance and employee engagement
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
