Job Description
Our client is a MNC Retailers with strong presence in HK market. To cope with the company's growth, they are looking for HR and Admin Assistant to join the Team.

Duties:
- Support the full spectrum of HR and admin operations
- Be responsible for the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing, interviews arrangement, and offers extension and commencement
- Maintain employee database for report generation, to support the decision making on HR issue
- Provide clerical and administrative support for the team
- Plan and organize staff activities and company events
- Handle ad-hoc project's tasks upon request
Requirements
- Post-secondary education, certificate in HR and Admin related disciplines preferred
- 2-year experience in HR operation, experience in mass recruitment is highly preferred
- Strong in interpersonal skills and a team player
- Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese and English typing
- Short-notice is preferred
