Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing strategies for the assigned products and execute marketing programs to achieve the agreed goal, both financial and non-financial, for Hong Kong and Macau
• Conduct market research to understand the market and competitors to collect more information and adjust the strategic plan for the product
• Work with sales manager to develop appropriate product promotion activities and monitor the effectiveness of these activities.
• Interface with Sales Manager in securing input on product sales potential and forecast, input on sales/marketing strategies and programs, and in providing ongoing sales support to ensure successful tactical implementation of strategies and programs.
• Build long term relationship with key account customers and external stakeholders to gain new insights and ideas
• Manage administrative works, develop forecast and manage stock inventory

 Requirements:

• Working experience in medical consumable and surgical device is preferable, but not a must
• Self-reliant & self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
• Familiar and understand the procurement process of HK healthcare system will be an advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deal with customers and staff at all levels
• Strategic mind to formulate marketing plan with analysis and insights, including strategies and specific tactics to drive growth and address risks
