Our Hong Kong team has been through a positive development in recent years with improved results, higher productivity and a growing customer base. We are now looking for a high caliber individual eager to gain overseas work experience to join our Sales team of our Hong Kong branch.

This role plays a key part in obtain freehand business, maintain existing relationships and generate sales leads for air & sea transport and logistics customers located in Hong Kong reporting to our local Sales Manager. 

The right candidate has a dynamic, strong sales-orientation with focus on service quality.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

COLLABORATE: your responsibilities                       

• Develop new business and prospects with a hunting mindset
• Cold calling and explore new business from sales leads.
• Grow new and develop existing business to meet assigned sales targets
• Maintain and extend relationships with existing customers with focus on industry and market development trends
• Take overseas visitors to join sales calls with the potential or existing customers
• Provide updated quotation to customers and conduct regular customer visits
• Monitor market trends and strategic business focus
• Prepare various sales-related reports, proposals and presentations
• Keep company CRM records update

CONTRIBUTE: your qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent qualification in transport & logistics or international trade
• At least 3 years of experience within freight forwarding or related industry
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good communication interpersonal and presentation skills
• Hands-on PC operations including MS office
• Energetic, aggressive, independent and attention to detail
