What you’ll be doing…

This role will be part of our Business Development team, providing professional due diligence advisory services to our clients and driving sales for the business. You will support the team in building effective sales strategies to grow the business as well as meeting and networking with key clients.

A Day of your life

• Participate in deal execution and related work (e.g. Pre-IPO, IPO, and M&A due diligence, site visit, documentation, etc.);
• Institute business development and marketing plans in line with the overall Company’s annual business goals; and
• Perform various administrative tasks and clerical support for the team

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines;
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance;
• Reasonably familiar with financial statements, and other fundamental corporate finance matters;
• Strong analytical mindset and experience in due diligence;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a must.
