Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries and provide excellent and professional customer services for Unit Load Devices (ULD) repair services.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and their supporting documents on internal system and/or on Excel
• Liaise with operation team to ensure on-time and satisfactory performance of ULD repair services which meeting customers’ expectations
• Periodically analyse and create reports for P&L and performance of the business
• Assist in ad hoc marketing and business development initiatives as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Well-organized, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
• Strong data handling and analytical skills
• Well versed in MS Office applications (especially MS Excel) with knowledge in Chinese word processing
