Job Specification:         

• Providing sales support inclusive of quotation generation and data entry
• Handling customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes
• Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
• Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
• Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information
• Maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
• Coordinating with cross-functional team to ensure smooth sales processes
• Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary

Requirements:  

• Matriculation education or above.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Good language skills and proficient in MS Applications.
• Responsible, committed, willing to learn, and a good team player.
• Multi-tasking, self-motivated with good time management skills.
• An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
