Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Provide quality service and advice to customers
- Responsible to Follow up closely with customers and internal parties to ensure all service requests are being attended efficiently.
- HKCEE/HKDSE or equivalent with minimum 1-year working experience, preferably in the service industry
- Proficiency in computer appliance with knowledge in MS Office
- Good command in English and Cantonese
