Job Description
- Provide quality customer services and support in Time Square shop and via phone, email and live chat in website and various social media platforms.
- Maintain customer database and help prepare and analyze various CRM & CS reports.
- General administrative support for the TST Centre if necessary.
- Support company activities and promotion.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- 1 – 2 years customer service experience in healthcare / hospitality / customer service-related field is preferred
- The ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Good Command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Mature and responsible, good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
- Candidate with immediate availability will be considered in priority
- Need to work on Sat, Sun & Public Holiday
