Job responsibilities 

• Provide daily administrative and clerical support to online shops and local distribution
• Handle e-shop updates, orders and delivery arrangement
• Coordinate with internal warehoues and logistics vendors for the delivery arrangement
• Prepare operational analysis and reports
• Support in system update ensuring accurate information at all times
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

  Job requirement 

• Diploma or above in logistics / supply chain management or related disciplines.
• 2 years’experience in operation-related field
• Experience in HKTV Mall MMS & Exchange Platform is preferable
• Proficient in MS Office & capable to learn new in-house operation control system.
• Good team player, positive attitude, flexible and supportive to handle departmental tasks
• Immediate available is preferred
