Job Description
About the Company
Our client is a Hong Kong market leader in Corporate Giftings. To cope with business expansion, they are currently looking for a capable eCom Sales Assistant to support the daily operations of the eCom sales team.
About the Role
- Provide follow up on Sales orders and identify opportunities to upsell
- Maintain Customer service operation, including answer enquiries and complaint handling
- Update customer records into the system, including creating service orders and notes
- Pitch ideas for improving customer care
- Ensure eCom and logistics operations efficiency
- Create and maintain reports about customer interactions and complaints
- Administrative support and assist in ad hoc project
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of solid eCom or Sales, Customer Service experience
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficient in PC knowledge in MS Office, Chinese typing will be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused, people-oriented, patient, cheerful, and positive
- High emotional maturity and ability to work under pressure
- Immediate available is preferred
