About the Company 

Our client is a Hong Kong market leader in Corporate Giftings. To cope with business expansion, they are currently looking for a capable eCom Sales Assistant to support the daily operations of the eCom sales team.

 
About the Role

• Provide follow up on Sales orders and identify opportunities to upsell
• Maintain Customer service operation, including answer enquiries and complaint handling
• Update customer records into the system, including creating service orders and notes
• Pitch ideas for improving customer care
• Ensure eCom and logistics operations efficiency
• Create and maintain reports about customer interactions and complaints
• Administrative support and assist in ad hoc project

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in any disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of solid eCom or Sales, Customer Service experience
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proficient in PC knowledge in MS Office, Chinese typing will be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-focused, people-oriented, patient, cheerful, and positive
• High emotional maturity and ability to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
