Job Description

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for developing prestige channel business and network; and building up strong and long-term relationship with key Prestige Retail chains and wholesalers, through quality service and professional advice tailored to their needs.

The incumbent is accountable to plan, implement and co-ordinate all sales strategies and programs in order to achieve sales target, distribution and business growth.

Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets, distribution target and merchandising/visibility objectives in the designated channels.
  • Work with Channel Manager to recommend annual sales and promotion plans for Prestige off-trade and wholesaler channels.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities to increase profits and channel penetration of PR products.
  • Work with Marketing Department to implement promotion activities and provide constructive feedback on promotion effectiveness and make recommendations where necessary.
  • Conduct regular market visits, analyse market intelligence and report on competitors’ activities.
  • Secure & maximize product display and brand visibility in all signature outlets.
  • Develop and maintain good customer relationship with professional service, and be the preferred business partner of our customers

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Degree holder, with 3-5 years relevant experience in trading field (alcoholic industry or FMCG is preferred)
  • Former experience in prestige off-trade is an advantage
  • Dynamic, outgoing with good initiative and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, with self-motivated mindset to drive result and achieve target
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong numeric sense with good analytical skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
