The Job:

• Provide proactive support in warehouse administration;
• Assist warehouse management in liaising with different warehouse teams and manpower planning and control;
• Close monitor of stock accuracy and warehouse storage;
• Support the team on project management of logistic operation; 
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operation work flow;
• Prepare  various analysis report and arrange meetings for regular operation review;
• Provide inventory analysis for management and support on inventory records and stock take
• Assist seniors on ad hoc assignments

The person:

• Preferably Diploma holder in Logistics or related disciplines;
• Minimum 4 years or above related working experience in FMCG / Logistics / Distribution Centre environment;
• profound knowledge in warehousing, inventory, distribution and having exposure in industry related technology trend;
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP would be an advantage;
• Proficient in MS applications, Excel , Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing;
• Responsible, self-managed and willing to learn;
• Good analytical and organizational skills;
• High level attention to details and excellent follow-up skills;
• Proactive communication and with good interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Operation Executive.
