• Provide all kinds of administrative and operation supports to the team and retail stores
• Prepare all the sales reports for management review
• Stock managements for all stores such as replenishment, allocation, return, delivery process
• Handle customer enquiries and ensure that the enquiries are resolved with great satisfaction

Requirements

• Higher diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines
• 1 year relevant experiences in retail industry, experiences in handling clerical work will also be considered
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office
• Have knowledge in SAP system will be an advantage
• Short notice period or Immediate available is highly preferred
