Job Duties

• Assist CRM manager to work with vendor for new CRM system and mobile app implementation, to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of both platforms by performing UAT processing
• Provide support in developing and implementing marketing plans & CRM program including members activities and events
• Statistical reports compilation and data analysis for all CRM initiatives
• Make best use of current data asset to enable more effective database marketing and long-term CRM Strategic planning by performing member segmentation
• Assist the daily operation of CRM Program, exceptional case management or digital platform updates
• Support CS Department in handling customer enquiries and complaints regarding to the new CRM system or other member benefits, and advise CS Team for the solution 
• Prepare the workflow documentation and training materials after system UAT

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Analytic or related disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant experience in marketing or CRM 
  
• Experience in new CRM System / Loyalty program implementation is a MUST
• Experience in Power Query, SQL, Microsoft BI
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office, SAS and data mining
• Logical mindset with strong analytic skill is an advantage
• Immediate Available is preferable
