Job Description

Job Descriptions
Business Development
  • Identify business opportunities and manage own pipeline
  • Promote and market RMG’s services to new corporate clients
  • Prepare budgets, financial projections and reports
  • Provide service support for new clients (i.e. improve downtime and resolve clients’ queries and problems in the shortest possible time; identifying trends; determining regional sales; system improvements; implementing change to improve work flow and productivity).
  • Meet stipulated targets set by team and company
  • Establish and maintain good long-term business relationships with decision makers in strategic accounts
  • Responsible for the performance of the respective accounts handling involving sales reports and cyclical sales meetings
Account Management
  • Assist Senior Manager, Corporate Services in developing corporate services policies, controlling procedures and service workflow sop etc.
  • Responsible for growth and retention of strategic medium to large Key Accounts with multiple services within their portfolio
  • Conduct periodic key account reviews and develop analytical reports by analyzing the utilization and figures of key accounts
  • Provide effective solutions to clients including but not limited to quotations, service proposals, client implementations and escalate enquiries to internal when necessary
  • Work with the clinical leads on the service and operational plans
  • Support day-to-day operations and corporate services activities to achieves sales target and operation efficiency
  • Provide training & coaching to junior members
  • Perform any other duties as directed by the supervisor

Requirements
  • Degree holder or above in healthcare, marketing, insurance, business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in client or customer service; experience in healthcare industry is a plus
  • Strong analytical mind / data analysis (advanced Excel) skills are a plus
  • Capability of operating in a fast paced and high-growth environment
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, with strong sense of business acumen and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication skills with excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
