Job Description
This is an incredible opportunity for someone looking for an account manager role. In this role you will gain extensive training and experience working with EventX web 3 products and customers.. We are searching for someone with a strong, outgoing personality, willingness to learn, and desire to help customers solve problems.This role requires an IC mindset and strong sense of ownership.This position’s key focus will be to maintain, retain, and grow customer accounts.
What will you do?
Assist Head of BD & Partnership to Develop and manage a portfolio of clients to help implement a strategy to reach more customers and drive more revenue.
Develop account relationships and manage product launches.
Grow account revenue through product expansion and maintain a consistent client revenue stream and/or support manager by completing assigned operational tasks as needed.
Operational tasks include prepare PowerPoint and market research for pitching, project management , operation and marketing task
Analyze reports to identify trends, forecast and manage inventory, and conduct strategic business reviews.
Co-operate key internal partners such as PR, Marketing, Customer Account Management, Sales and Operations. Maintain frequent contact and follow-ups with Partner to make sure all needs are being met.
Manage initial and ongoing account launches.
Be available for service-related calls/emails from the Managers. Respond to those calls in a timely fashion.
What do we need?
University / Diploma graduates
2-5 years of key account management/ agency / sales & marketing or related experience. Smart and willing to learn fresh grad will be consider as Key Account Executive.
Excellent relationship management skills.
Ability to have close attention to detail in terms of reporting and accounting for clients.
Experience analyzing reports and identifying trends.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize workload throughout multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
Must be driven to identify and exceed customer needs and expectations.
Ability to listen attentively, respond effectively and resolve account issues in a timely manner.
Strong interest in the NFT and DISCORD community and/or Blockchain technology.
Ability to act as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts, including operational tasks.
Extensive agency marketing background is preferred.
