A Head of Sales is now required as a result of business growth:

Responsibilities:

• Manage P&L, and formulate & implement the sales strategies for our health products (Adrien Gagnon) to achieve the business objectives;
• Develop and drive the annual business plan based on the business dynamics;
• Initiate the annual budget planning and control according to the business strategies;
• Lead the Hong Kong & Macau sales team to manage the key chains, direct sales and e-commerce channels;
• Formulate the pricing strategies for the key accounts, e-business and direct sales channels to minimize channel conflicts and maximize profits;
• Handle the key business partners directly including the retailers, distributors and service agencies;
• Build relationships with the internal and external stakeholders including the cross-functional teams & business partners;
• Conduct the market analysis to obtain business insight, and initiate the recommendation & business plans to drive business growth.

Requirements:

• A degree in Business Administration or other related disciplines;
• A minimum of 10 years’ business development experience in the consumer health/ FMCG industries;
• Experience in change management and with a track record in leading a sales team to achieve the sales targets;
• Solid experience in e-commerce is an advantage;
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint;
• A good team player with excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation and organizational skills;
• Detail-minded, multi-tasking and result-driven with strong business acumen;
• Effective time management skills and is able to work under pressure.
