Job Description
Ganawawa Automation aims to develop and operate diversified and immersive game parks throughout Asia. With innovative experience zones, immersive automated games and various thematic playhouses, we are dedicated to uplift the entertainment experience to the next level.
Ganawawa will be opening a 10,000 sq ft. indoor playground in June 2022. To cope with the company's expansion and market demands, we are now looking for high calibre to join our team.

Job Description
- Assist in the launching and operations of indoor playground
- Handle inquires, resolve comments or complaints related to the indoor playground, uplift service, and sales standard within the playground to achieve a high-quality experience
- Maintain safe and smooth operation including facilities inspection, ticketing guest service and promotions, any other work related to the daily operations of the indoor playground
- Carry out any special duties assigned by Store Manager / Store Supervisor
- Form 7/HKDSE or above
- With at least 1 year of working experience in Theme Park / Children Playhouse or Fun Park/Entertainment Centre
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Cheerful, caring, patient, responsible and initiative
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be responsible, reliable and able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
- First-aid qualification is an advantage
- Immediate availability is preferred
- 45 working hours per week as per duty schedule (5 days-work)
- Attendance allowance (HK$500)
- 12 days annual leave
