Job Description
We are looking for a caliber candidate to provide the administrative support to sales and marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and project support to the department, including preparation contracts, quotations, working schedules, presentation materials and meeting minutes
- Assist the account manager to coordinate with internal and external project teams to ensure the smooth progress of project development
- Support supervisor in various social media platforms and promotional projects
- Maintain filing system
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with 1 year relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Excel and PowerPoint. Chinese word processing is a MUST.
- Can-do attitude, detail minded, good multitasking and strong interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
