Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up of account opening documents
- Manage and update clients database
- Provide quality and professional services to internal and external customers
- Handle clients' inquiries and complaints via telephone, email or face-to-face with professional manner
- Prepare reports and statistics for Management review
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree Holder with relevant customer service experience
- Holder of Representative License of RA 1 with SFC is highly preferred
- Customer-oriented, proactive, self-initiated, detailed oriented and a good team player
- Strong communication and presentation skills and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly using Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Fluent in English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as CS officer
