主要職務:
Job Responsibility:

處理私人貸款申請，當中包括:-
Processing personal loan applications, including: - 

• 透過電話與客戶聯絡
   Contact customers via phone related to loan application, reminding call to payment
• 確認客戶提供的資料
  Confirm the information provided by the customer
• 將客戶資料輸入電腦系統
  Input customer information into the computer system

職位要求:
Requirements:

• 中五畢業或以上 
  Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
• 具良好電話對答技巧   
  Answering phone calls with good communication skills
• 工作態度積極進取
   Aggressive, self-motivated with a positive attitude
• 能在壓力下工作
   Willing to work under pressure
• 懂基本電腦操作及中文打字
   Basic computer knowledge including Chinese Word Processing
• 一年以上相關工作經驗優先
   1 year relevant experience preferred

Additional Information:

• Office location: Tsim Sha Tsui East; Close to East Tsim Sha Tsui and Hung Hom MTR Station.
• Working hour: Five-days work week (in shift if needed), Monday – Friday, 9am - 6pm
• Annual leave: 16 days with annual increment
