Job Description

Call Centre Officer (CCO)

Job Description:

  • To refer services requests to relevant units for follow-up action
  • To answer enquires and complaints from client departments and general public in any telecommunication
  • To assist in keeping the system information and process procedure up-to-dated
  • Shift duty is required
  • No selling is required

Requirements:

  • DSE / HKCEE or above 
  • At least 2 years full-time working experience in call centers / in the field of customer service
  • Good logical thinking
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good PC knowledge and Chinese word processing preferable 
  • Have Chinese typing speed of at least 20 wpm and English typing speed of at least 20 wpm.
  • Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Call Centre Officer
