Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a contact point of Sales Team and Customers for ordering arrangement

• Handle incoming call / email / fax for the assigned accounts
• Follow-up and monitor the whole process of ordering, eg. order entry, delivery follow up, goods return request, credit note entry
• Resolve the enquiries of Customers such as dispensary, doctor, government and supplier in a courteous and efficient manner
• Coordinate with warehouse and distribution team to ensure on-time delivery  and return of concerned orders
• Gather data and prepare the daily monitoring report
• Handle customer account creation & maintenance
• Any other operational duties or ad hoc project as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

• F.5 graduate or above with 1-2 year working experience
• Experience in customer services or operations areas or logistics operations or sales is a plus
• Customer-oriented, enthusiastic, team player with good telephone skills
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and tight schedules
• Good PC skills in using MS Word, Excel
  
• Knowledge in SAP would be an advantage
